Shipping and Delivery

The dispatch and delivery of orders for products in stock at ACF-50 Shop is our sole responsibility. Once an order is placed, its details cannot be changed, particularly regarding the shipping method, delivery address, and contact information for receiving the order.

For dropshipping products and accessories not in stock at our warehouse, the responsibility for packaging and shipping lies with the respective suppliers. In these cases, ACF-50 Shop reserves the right only to process your order with the respective suppliers and manage payments.

Confirmation of receipt

It is the Customer's responsibility to confirm receipt of the Products and their conformity, as well as the use of the Vouchers (Gift Cards). The Products are considered received within 21 (twenty-one) calendar days from the date of their respective dispatch. This clause does not prejudice or condition the consumer's rights provided by law.

Discrepancies upon receipt

If orders do not reach the Customer, arrive damaged, or do not match the information provided, especially by Suppliers of items that are not in our stock at the time of purchase, the Customer has the right to complain to the respective Suppliers, or through our store via email: info@acf50shop.pt .


Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase .

If 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the product(s) , you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds for items sold at the regular price; items on sale cannot be returned.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Ultimately, ACF-50 Shop will have the right to decide, within the stated timeframe, whether to validate the refund or exchange the product, justifying its decision.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange something for an identical item, please send us an email to info@acf50shop.pt , and we will analyze the possibility of accepting your request.

Items Not Covered

The following items are not covered by the return policy:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any items that we may not have physically in stock at our facilities and that come from our partners (external suppliers).

Partial refunds are granted.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery , provided it is accepted by us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, in accordance with the laws in force in the country of the billing address. If it is not possible to make the refund using the same method used for payment, we will make the refund by bank transfer, or another method to be agreed upon by both parties.

Late or lost refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address, with the following information on the packaging: Sender's Name, Reason for Return, Purchase Invoice for our evaluation, to the following address: Rua Padre Vitor Hugo, 96, 4425-530 São Pedro Fins - Maia
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
