ACF-50 — Aerospace-Grade Corrosion Protection
ACF-50 is a high-performance anti-corrosion and lubricating compound, originally developed for the aerospace industry. Its Thin Fluid Film technology ensures active, long-lasting, and extremely effective protection against corrosion—even in the most difficult-to-reach areas.
✅ How it works
ACF-50 forms an ultra-thin fluid film that penetrates deep into corrosion deposits, reaching the base of the cell. There, it emulsifies and encapsulates the electrolyte , removing it from the metal surface.
Then, it expels moisture and creates a self-regenerating atmospheric barrier , preventing further contact with water, salt, or contaminants.
This continuous action allows ACF-50 to "migrate" and infiltrate joints, microcracks, rivets, and critical areas—exactly where corrosion begins. The protection remains active for up to 12 months , gradually fading as it is chemically consumed.
✅ Main advantages
- Aerospace-grade anti-corrosion technology
- It neutralizes active corrosion by isolating the electrolyte.
- Prevents new corrosion for up to 24 months on new metal.
- Deep penetration into joints, cracks, and critical areas.
- Excellent lightweight lubricant , without harmful residue.
- Does not contain PFAS, wax, resin, silicone or Teflon.
- Safe for electrical and electronic components and sensitive connections.
✅ Recommended apps
Although it is a benchmark product in aviation, the ACF-50 is used in virtually any sector where there is a risk of corrosion:
- Internal metal structures
- Connectors, microswitches and electronic components
- Solenoids, motors and sensitive mechanisms
- Battery terminals
- Equipment exposed to moisture, salinity, or harsh environments.
